The Coconut Kitchen range of authentic Thai sauces and curry pastes were originally developed from the dishes served in The Coconut Kitchen restaurant in Abersoch, North Wales. Super easy to make – just add coconut milk and the protein and/or veg of your choice.
   
Family recipes, originating from Nairobi, Kenya and Gujarat, India, were passed onto Niraj when his father taught him how to cook. With all the knowledge and skill absorbed, Niraj felt he had to share these flavours with the rest of the world.
